Installation

Follow these instructions to install Everest on your system:

Using pip (Recommended for General Users)

Install via pip - Open your command line interface (CLI) and enter the following command:

$ pip install git+https://github.com/equinor/ert.git

Installing the Development Version

If you want to build and install the latest development version, follow the instructions on the Ert Github page.

For Equinor Employees (Using Komodo Release)

If you work at Equinor, Everest should be available after sourcing a Komodo release. Run the following command:

$ source /prog/res/komodo/stable/enable
